Yes. All rentals at SB Storage are month to month, with no long-term contract. Keep the unit as long as you need it and move out when you are done. The first two months are half price.
Short-term storage is common
A lot of our tenants only need a unit for a month or two: between closing on one house and moving into the next, during a remodel, or while a student is home for the summer.
Moving out
Empty the unit, sweep it out, take your lock off and let us know you are leaving. Call us if you are unsure how your final month is billed.
