When you rent at SB Storage, our rental system creates a gate code for you automatically. You enter it on the keypad at the gate to get in and out, and you can change it any time in your online account. The gate is open from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM unless you add 24-hour access.
Getting your code
Your code is created automatically as soon as your rental goes through, so you can usually move in right away.
Changing your code
Sign in to your account and choose a new code. It works at the gate right away.
Keeping it safe
- Do not share your code with anyone you would not hand your lock key to.
- If you think someone else knows it, change it in your online account or call us.
If your code stops working
Most of the time it means the account has a balance due. Sign in to your account to check and pay, or call (256) 212-0772.
